PROJECT: Sign variances for CED - Consolidated Electrical Distributors, Inc.
EXECUTIVE
SUMMARY: Fastsigns is requesting approval of a sign variance to Sign Ordinance No 704-J, as
amended, to allow an additional Flat Panel A wall sign at their business located at
1825 Mustang Court Unit 100, in the Mustang Court Business Park Development.
DETAILS: The applicant is requesting a variance to allow an additional Flat Panel A wall sign
for Consolidated Electrical Distributors, Inc. to be located on the south elevation at
1825 Mustang Court. Flat Panel A wall signs are permitted in Industrial areas,
however, only one Flat Panel A sign is allowed per lease space.
The applicant currently has an approved sign permit for a Flat Panel A sign that will
be located on the east elevation.
