2. ZA 80-7 Zoning request for 95.76 acres of land out of
the O.W. Knight Survey, Abstract 899. Present
zoning is Agricultural. Request is for A-3 Single
Family District. Owner: David L. Claude.
Continuation of Public Hearing.
3. ZA 80-7 Preliminary Plat approval for a 95.76 acre tract
of land in the O.W. Knight Survey, Abstract 899.
The subdivision will be known as "Oakwood Country
Estates". Owner and Developer: David L. Claude.
Continuation of Public Hearing.
4. ZA 80-3 Final plat approval for a subdivision to be known
as "Highland Estates". The 19.81 acre subdivision
is located in the Francis Throop Survey, Abstract 1511.

* Approval of Developers Agreement.
5. ZA 79-49 Final plat approval for "Harbor Oaks Addition". A
133.09 acre tract of land out of the John Childress
Survey, Abstract 254. Owner: James B. Stahala.
Developer: Ann Hardy.

* Approval of annexation of area not in Southlake.
* Approval of vacation of the existing Burney Lane.
6. ZA 80-10 Final plat approval for a subdivision in the J.W.
Chivers Survey, Abstract 350. The 2.34 acre tract
of land will be subdivided using the Simplified
Subdivision Procedure. Owner: Ola Strait.

7. ZA 80-11 Zoning request for a 1.19 acre tract of land out of
the J.W. Chivers Survey, Abstract 350. Present zoning

9. Consider: Contract for Tarrant County Fire Department Mutual
Aid Agreement.

The preliminary plat for "oakwood
Country Estates" was reviewed by
Councilperson Latta. He also
reviewed the Planning and Zoning
Commissions recommendations with
regards to the plat.

discussion, Latta recommended that COUNTRY
Council approve the preliminary ESTATES
plat subject to the conditions that
were named by the P & Z. They
include: (1) adjacent property
owners must be placed on the plat,
(2) 12 feet be dedicated on the
north side of Continental Blvd. to
make a total of 42 feet. (3) the
utiltiy easements be changed to 15
feet.
The plat was approved unanimously.

indicated in a discussion that he
would propose an amendment to the
Ordinance at the next city council

police officers. Chief Gaddy is to
