zoned "F" Light Industrial. Owner: Zeta Crews
3. Consider: Amendments to the Fire Department Constitution and
By-Laws.
4. Consider: Discussion in regards to Referendum.

Mr . Howells property located on
Highway 114 .
Mayor Hawk read a letter he wrote
to Mesco and Mr . Howell on February
25 , 1980 . He indicated that they
have met in an attempt to come to
an agreement , but could not . Mr.
j Howell indicated he would put in
a "Hedge" to serve as a barrior
! between the two properties . Council-
! man Urbanosky spoke against the
