Consider: Amendments to the Fire Department Constitution and By-Laws. 4. Consider: Discussion in regards to Referendum. Resolution 80-9. S. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSIONER: Lloyd Martinson INVOCATION: Lloyd Latta The minutes of the February 19 , 1980 city council meeting were approved as corrected by the city secretary. Morrison x Motion was made and approved to Latta x x accept the absence of Mayor Pro Urbanosky x x Tem, Sam Sparger , as excused, as Massey x he was out of the state on business I � ZA 80-4 . Councilperson Latta gave ZA 80- a brief account of action taken ZONING I during the February 19 , city couuci APPROV meeting in regards to the Howell/ PARCEL Mesco agreement in regards to fencing and zoning on Parcel 3 of Mr . Howells property located on Highway 114 . Mayor Hawk read a letter he wrote to Mesco and Mr . Howell on February 25 , 1980 . He indicated that they have met in an attempt to come to an agreement , but could not . Mr. j Howell indicated he would put in a "Hedge" to serve as a barrior ! between the two properties . Morrison x ZA 80- 8 . Motion was made and ZA 80-8 Latta x x approved to replat Tract 2 of the APPROVED Urbanosky x x Brumlow Industrial District as Massey x requested. Millard Dilg , was present and presented the plat for Zeta Crews ,owner. The property lie within the Brumlow Industrial District . Morrison - x x After reviewing the changes propose AMENDING Latta x in the Southlake Volunteer Fire FIRE DEP7 ''rbanosky x Department Constitution and By-Laws BY-LAWS .assey x x motion was made and approved to amend the document as presented. Massey x x j MAYOR' S REPORT I A report on the Fire Departments Annual Fish Fry Dinner indicated they served 650 to 700 people with a gross results of $ 4, 250 . 00 . Other items discussed were the j I water wells and garbage service. i The bills presented, were approved i for payment. (attached hereto and made a part hereof) .
