During the public hearing, Lloyd i Martinson had questions concerning the costs of the new well. I The public hearing was closed. Mayor will make appropriate changes on the budget for approval at the next city council meeting. Sparger x Resolution 80-5 was approved adding RESOLUTIOT Morrison I x x Freddie Cate as a member to 80-5 Urbanosky x the Parks Commission. Ben Berry's PARK Massey x x name was removed from that COMMISSIOT commission due to excessive absence!. Jerry Black, chairman of the Parks Commission indicated the lighting for the baseball field will cost from $7,500. to $10,000. He indica ed that Texas Power and Light Company is working with the City on this installation. The commissi n indicated they would make up the Sparger x x difference in donations if council Morrison x would approve $8,500 for the project. Urbanosky X I X Approval was given for approximately Massey x $ 8,500. Sparger x ZA 79-47 confirming the zoning ZA 79-47 request for George B Tillery Sr. ZONING Morrison Urbanosk x was approved. Massey I I X A discussion was held concerning a possible animal control program for Southlake. The City Secretary is to obtain copies of ordinances from several cities and a worksession will be held when infor- mation is available. During the Mayor's Report, Mayor Hawk announced that Diamond Shamroc Terminal had its grand opening and is now totally operational. Motion was made and approved to pay the bills.
