The minutes of the May 15,1979 city
council meeting were approved as
presented.
Sparger x ZA 79-15. Approval was given for ZA 79-15
Morrison x x the replat of lots 7:R, 8R, and 9R APPROVED.
Latta I x of Hilltop Acres. The request REPLAT OF
Urbanosky x x was made by owners, Jerry W. Blythe HILLTOP ACRI
and Jackie D. Petty.
Sparger X ZA 79-16. The request of Dan J. ZA 79-16

Latta x zoning of his property located in APPROVED

Sparger x A presentation was given on the FINAL SEWER
Morrison x Final Recommendations to the RECOMMENDA-
Latta i I Ix Sewer Report. It was presented to TIONS
Urbanosky x I x the council by chairman of the APPROVED
Citizens Advisory Group (Sewer),
Harold Knight. Other members of
the committee are: Jimmie Truelove'
Jim Burger, and Leonard Dorsett.
Approval was given to the findings
of the Planning and Zoning Commiss-
ion and the Original findings and
conclusion of the Sewer Committee.
Their was a discussion concerning MUTUAL AID
a Mutual Aid Liability Agreement LIABILITY
for the Fire Department. (Attached FOR FIRE
hereto and made a part hereof). DEPARTMENT
Attorney, Joe Gregory commented
that he does agree with the comment
made by George Staples, attorney,
except in Section 4.g. Gregory
suggested we contact the city
insurance agent concerning liability
we might have if another city were
in our city on mutual aid and had
an accident.
The subject was tabled pending
further information.
The discussion concerning costs to MINI SEWER
operate the Mini Sewer Treatment TREATMENT
Plant in the Summerplace Addition PLANT,
ended in an agreement by council SUMMERPLACE
to charge a fee of $ 10.00 per ADDITION
i month for service for the first
i year and a $ 10.00 charge for
linspections to tie on.
I ~Mr. Cline, Water superintendent,
indicated that the operating cost
1per week for the plant is $ 100.00

Latta x repairs to the gages in Unit 3003
Urbanosky x x repaired for approximately $150.00.
Sparger x The bid for $225.00 for the fire
Morrison x x department rescue boat and trailer
Latta i x was approved. Only one bid had
Urbanosky x x been submitted.
MAYORS REPORT:
Mayor Hawk indicated that July 14
was the earliest day the assessor
would be able to hold the meeting
of the Tax Equalization Board.
A Proclamation was read proclaiming
June 16,1979 as Southlake Baseball
Appreciation Day.
Mayor Hawk announced that we have
i received $ 10,995.60 from the
Texas Parks and Wildlife Department
(This is our first share on the gran
