Prior to the regular scheduled Council

lAgenda Items, Councilman Urbanosky in-
formed the Council and the audience of the
;road work being done on 114. He stated the
;Highway Department has removed the curbing
ion 114 due to the request of the city and
the heavy reports of accidents. Also re-
ported by Councilman Urbanosky was the
future plans of the Highway Dept, con-
sisting of constructing a 8 lane on 114
j ! and cutting down the hill on 114. Council-
j 1 ! iman Urbanosky stated that the bids for the
;job will be accepted in November.

;first priority. Mayor Hawk requested that
a work session be arranged with Mr. Nicholas,
Mr. Nicholas stated he would look forward to
~a workshop. Councilwoman Morrison commended
!Mr. Nicholas on his presentation. Mr.
'Bob Looney who is the Tarrant County Fire
:Marshall stated that a Mr. J. E. Baun
from Dallas will evaluate the city free,
'also stating that 50% of the Key Rate is
based on water systems. Most of Southlake

he has not as yet received a reply.
j Mayor Hawk stated he will speak to the
:Planning and Zoning to define the re-
j sponsibiliti~,_s of the Sewer Committee.
