Verify that perc test is performed by a registered engineer. 3. Check if engineer registered with the county and his record background. Doug Campbell was questioned as to whether or r not inspectors (plumbers, electrician, etc..) i must be licensed. Mr. Campbell stated that ly the plumbing inspector must be licensed by the state. Mayor Hawk said these ordinances need i either be complied with or revised so they may be enforceable. A Public Hearing is not neccessary, and this item will be discussed j at a later date. It was stated by Mayor Hawk i ; that this ordinance was conceived to protect the buyer. ! I II j ! 1 MR. Kulaga was not present nor his attorney. South- lake. Mayor Hawk stated he will receive a priority RES# 77-41 list and it's immediate attention is needed, SEWER PROGRAM. Urbanosky said DEPARTMENTAL maintenance has improved. Advertising for bids REPORTS. f ! i on the street sign program will begin soon. I Fire Dept: Calls are down and maintenance on trucks are good. Water Dept: Repaired two leaks on Kimball. I1I Court Report: Session went smoothly. ! I Building Inspection: No Comment. 11 Mayor's Report: Mayor Hawk presented a Pro- clamation to the City of Southlake proclaiming November 17, 1977 as Smoke Out Day, asking tha all those who smoke put this one day aside for No Smoking.
