Melton, representative of Texas Power & fight Company, appeared before the Council in regard to the requested rate increase as deter, fined by the Texas Public Utility Commission. ouncil passed Ordinance No. 234, approving ate schedules to be charged by Texas Power & fight Company in the City of Southlake, approv- 'ng service regulations filed by Texas Power & X fight Company, providing for an effective date x or such rate schedules (June 26, 1977), and x roviding conditions under which such rate x chedules may be changed, modified, amended or ithdrawn. ouncil next considered the Traffic Safety lan for Southlake as prepared by Mr. Eddie heatham of the Institute of Urban Studies at Index No. TP&L RATE IN- CREASE.
