MINUTES of the last regular meeting were
approved as presented.
The amendment of Ordinance No. 161-68 was put
before the Council, changing the amount to be
Goode X charged for sign permits to be based on value
and eliminating annual renewal fees. Council
Hawk X X approved changing the cost of sign permits ORD.NO.161-70
Berry X X according to value and eliminating renewal PASSED CHANG-
Nunn X fees, passing Ordinance No. 161-70, amending ING FEES FOR

Discussion was had concerning the refusal of AGENDA ITEM VII:

The Council was informed of actions taken by ZA 76-5 and
Planning & Zoning Commission in creating ZA 76-6 RECOL
liaison positions for various areas concerning MENDATIONS
planning and zoning, i.e., Brad Popkin over FROM P & Z
all utilities; Larry Smith over parks and
municipal facilities; Ed Norman over subdivi-
sions; Nelson Miller over zoning; A. C.
Urbanosky over streets and drainage, develop-
ing policies for same, providing information
and making recommendations, etc. The Council
was further informed that ZA 76-5, requesting
L District, was recommended for denial on the
basis the metes and bounds description of the
property involved was not accurate and did no
conform with the area requested for zoning.

basis that the land did not have proper zonin

ing was tabled at this time.
