MINUTES of the last regular meeting and the MINUTES
emergency meeting held 27 September 1976 were
approved as presented.,
Hawk X ZA 76-3 was opened for discussion. The ZA 76-3
Planning & Zoning Commission recommended ap- TABLED
proval be given to the•request for A-2 zoning
on part of the land in the "Enchanted Oaks"
Subdivision presently zoned A-6 and L Dis-
tricts. No one in the audience spoke for or
against it. Council tabled its decision un-
til.the developer's agreement for the Subdiv
ision is closer to finalization.

Mayor Booker informed the Council of the gran PARK GRANT
awarded to the city by the Bureau of Recreatio AWARDED
for development of the Bicentennial Park, ex-
plaining how it works.
The City Attorney requested Council to meet
with him and the attorney for Louis Messina
in closed session Wednesday, 27 October 1976,
at 6 P. M. to discuss pending litigation.
