HONORS AND RECOGNITION: PROCLAMATION FOR 9/11 Mayor John Huffman recognized the 20th anniversary of 9/11 and invited the public to attend the 9/11 ceremony that will take place on Saturday, September 11, starting at 7:46 a.m. Mayor Huffman also invited them to sign the banner located at the gazebo. 7.
