Motion was made to approve Item 9B, MSP19-0005, Master Sign Plan for Varispace Southlake located at 1900 W. Kirkwood Blvd, subject to the Staff Report dated November 12, 2019 noting the following: - Approving Option 2 for the Al, Pylon Sign. - Approving Options 1 and 2 for the A6, Tenant Monument Sign with 7-10 panels to be decided by the applicant. - Approving 42" maximum height on SH 114 side and 40" maximum height on Kirkwood Blvd. for A5 signs. - Approving halo lite, reverse channel lite letters as presented.
