Atmos Cities Steering Committee and Atmos Energy Corp., Mid -Tex

existing rates to be unreasonable; adopting tariffs that reflect rate
adjustments consistent with the negotiated settlement.
C. Consider ratification of the collateral assignment of a Chapter 380

regarding security measures or security systems intended to protect public and private
property from an act of terrorism. The Texas Disaster Act specifically requires that a tape
recording of the closed meeting be made.
Section 418.106(d) & (e): Local meetings to discuss emergency management plans
regarding pipeline safety. The City Council may discuss emergency management plans
involving pipeline safety and/or security of pipeline infrastructures or facilities when those
plans or discussions contain such sensitive information.

Motion was made to approve Item 6D, Ordinance Nos. 480-763 and 480-764 (ZA19-
"" 0033), 2nd Reading, Zoning Change and Site Plan for The Wheelhouse and Zoning
Change and Concept Plan for The Wheelhouse, located at 880-950 Davis Blvd.
(FM1938), subject to the Staff Report dated August 27, 2019, and Site Plan Review
Summary No. 4 dated August 26, 2019, granting the following variance requests:
- Variance to Subdivision Ordinance No. 483, as amended, Section 8.01.A, regarding
lots abutting a street, to allow the lots as shown on the Site Plan.
- Variance to Subdivision Ordinance No. 483, as amended, Section 8.01.D, regarding
side lot lines, to allow the lots as shown on the Concept/Site Plan.
- Variance to Subdivision Ordinance No. 483, as amended, and the Master Pathways
Plan, to not require construction of an 8' multi -use trail running north/south through
the flood plain in Lot 6, but to dedicate an easement for the trail.
- Variance to Driveway Ordinance No. 634, as amended, Section 5.2(d) requiring a

insulated cork barrier type coating, such as "Duro-Pro Cork Barrier" or a similar
Elastomeric Stucco finish material on all buildings and the metal screening on the
north elevations of Buildings 6 and 7 as shown.

- Noting that the Lot 7 is being removed from the zoning application.
