CITY COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Laura Hill, Deputy Mayor Pro Tern Shawn McCaskill,
and Councilmembers Chad Patton, John Huffman and Christopher Archer.
CITY COUNCIL ABESNT: Mayor Pro Tern Randy Williamson and Councilmember
Shahid Shafi.
STAFF PRESENT: Assistant City Manager Ben Thatcher, Deputy Director of Marketing
and Communications Pilar Schank and City Secretary Amy Shelley.

Work Session was called to order by Mayor Hill at 5:04pm.
2. Resolution No. 19-019, Canvass the returns and declare the results of the General
Election held on May 4, 2019.

Mayor Hill read the results of the May 4, 2019 General Election into the record,
declaring the following:
