Section 418.183(D: Texas Disaster Act. PROCLAMATION FOR MOTORCYCLE SAFETY AWARENESS MONTH Mayor Pro Tern Williamson presented a proclamation in recognition of May as national motorcycle safety awareness month to the members of the Confederate Sons and the Kingdom Servants. 5. DISCUSS ALL ITEMS ON TONIGHT'S AGENDA. NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AND EACH ITEM WILL BE CONSIDERED DURING THE REGULAR SESSION. Mayor Pro Tern Williamson reviewed the items on tonight's consent agenda and Council asked questions of staff. Council agreed to move Item 7A to the consent agenda for approval. REGULAR SESSION: 1. CALL TO ORDER The Regular Session of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Pro Tem Randy Williamson at 5:49 p.m. 2A. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Pro Tem Williamson announced the City Council would go into Executive Session pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, Sections 551.071, consultation with attorney and 551.072, deliberation regarding real property. City Council adjourned for Executive Session at 5:49 p.m. Executive Session began at 6:08 p.m. and concluded at 6:56 p.m. 2B. RECONVENE Mayor Pro Tem Williamson reconvened the meeting at 7:01 p.m. and asked if there was needed action from the executive session. Kenneth Home, 1215 Ashmoore Court, Southlake, Texas spoke in support of the Carroll ISD bond proposal that is on the May 6, 2017 election ballot. Mayor Pro Tem Williamson closed the public forum. 6.
