Senior Director of Planning and Development Services Ken Baker presented Item 4 and answered questions from Council 5. DISCUSS THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR "EXISTING COMMERCIAL BUILDING FOR SALE/LEASING SIGNS." Senior Director of Planning and Development Services Ken Baker presented Item 5 and answered questions from Council. Although not a public hearing, Mayor Hill allowed interested members of the public the opportunity to speak. Steve Shramm, 415 Highland Oaks Circle, Southlake, Texas and Debra Perryman, 2805 Market Loop #100, Southlake, Texas addressed concerns about these proposed changes. 6. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Hill announced the City Council would go into Executive Session pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, Section 551.071, consultation with attorney, and 551.087, deliberation regarding economic development negotiations. City Council adjourned for Executive Session at 6:43 p.m. Ultimately, there were no legal issues to discuss so Council did not convene in Executive Session. 2B. STORY MAP PROJECT City Manager Shana Yelverton introduced Jerod Potts, Assistant to the Planning and Development Services Director, who provided a demonstration of the Story Map tool and its uses. 4.
