Section 418.183(: Texas Disaster Act. The City Council may deliberate information: 1)

criminal activity and involving emergency response providers, their staffing, contact
information and tactical plans; 2) that relates to the risk or vulnerability of persons or
property, including infrastructure, to an act of terrorism; 3) that relates to the assembly
of an explosive weapon, the location of a material that may be used in a chemical,

WEEK
Mayor Hill introduced Deputy Director of Marketing and Communication Pilar Schank
who discussed the upcoming Employee Appreciation Week on February 13 — 17, 2017.
Councilmembers thanked employees for all of their hard work and professionalism.
Mayor Hill then presented a proclamation to attending employees in honor of this
important week.

• Accepting the amended site plan which indicates a covered drop-off and pick up

equipment;
• Accepting the landscape plan which includes screening of the HVAC equipment

• Modify Section 34.1, Section aa (1) of the Zoning Ordinance to read as follows:
"No more than 2 garage sales within any 12 month period may occur";
• Modify Section 45.1 (43) under "Districts Where Permitted" to delete "RE" and
add "RE-5" and "RE-7";
• Modify Section 45.1 (50) under "Districts Where Permitted" to delete "RE" and
add "RE-5" and "RE-7";
• In regards to the stream buffering requirements -- Section 42 "Bufferyards" of the
zoning ordinance will be amended to include the following:
(1) — Section 42.2 (g) - add a definition for the term "Streamway" and the
definition will match the language indicated on Page 14 of the February 1, 2017
Staff Report;
(2) - Section 42.4 (h) 1- 8 add regulations for "Determination of Bufferyard
Requirements" and the regulations will match the language as presented on
Pages 14, 15, and 16 of the Staff Report;
• In regards to Permeable Pavers, the following modifications to the zoning
