D. Authorize expenditures with Notification Systems of America, Inc. for
Town Hall security camera upgrades in an amount not to exceed $80,070.

Section 418.183(f):_ Texas Disaster Act. The City Council may deliberate information: 1)

information and tactical plans; 2) that relates to the risk or vulnerability of persons or
property, including infrastructure, to an act of terrorism; 3) that relates to the assembly
of an explosive weapon, the location of a material that may be used in a chemical,
biological or radioactive weapon, or unpublished information pertaining to vaccines or

Clayton Reed gave the invocation. Mayor Hill led the pledge of allegiance to the United
States and Texas Flags.
Mayor Hill thanked Pastor Reed for all he does for the community and for City
employees. She recommended to the City Manager that he is designated as the City
Chaplain for the City of Southlake. She recommended that an agenda item be placed
on the next Council agenda for that formal designation.

Senior Director of Planning and Development Services Ken Baker presented the item
