The achievements of planning are celebrated in October with National Community Planning Month. This year's theme is Healthy Communities, Healthy People. 5. FY2016 ORDINANCE AND PROJECT PRIORITY SCHEDULE. City Manager Shana Yelverton introduced this work session item and presented to the City Council a copy of the FY2016 Ordinance and Project Priority Schedule and highlighted some of the upcoming priorities. Senior Director of Planning and Development Services Ken Baker made a short presentation on the 2035 Corridor Planning Committee. Police Chief James Brandon made a short presentation on the bicycle helmet ordinance. 6. DISCUSS ALL ITEMS ON TONIGHT'S AGENDA.
