CITY COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Laura Hill, and Councilmembers John Huffman, Shawn
McCaskill, and Shahid Shafi.
CITY COUNCIL ABSENT: Mayor Pro Tem Randy Williamson, Deputy Mayor Pro Tem
Brandon Bledsoe, and City Councilmember Gary Fawks.
OTHER BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Parks and Recreation Board Vice Chairman Chad
Patton, Planning and Zoning Commission Chairman Robert Hudson, and Planning and Zoning
Commission Vice Chairman D. Todd Parrish.
STAFF PRESENT: City Secretary Lori Payne.
Agenda Item No. 1. Call to order. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hill at 5:32 p.m.
Agenda Item No. 2. Applicant interviews the various boards, commissions and committees.
Interviews were conducted for the Planning and Zoning Commission, Zoning Board of
Adjustment, Southlake Parks Development Corporation, Building Board of Appeals, and Parks
and Recreation Board. No action was taken during tonight's meeting.
Agenda Item No. 3. Adjournment. There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was
adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
