Applicant Denise McCormick, Carillon Marketing and Home Builder Manager, presented item to Council and answered questions. After discussion, Ms. McCormick requested to table this item. Although this item was not a public hearing, Mayor Terrell allowed anyone wishing to speak on the item to come forward. Patch Afshin, 1401 Bay Meadows Drive, Southlake, Texas discussed his concerns about the entrance into the Carillon development. No other audience members wished to speak on this item. A motion was made to table Ordinance No. 480 -564b (ZA15 -002), 1 Reading, Zoning Change and Development Plan for the Carillon Residential District to the March 3, 2015 City Council meeting. NO ACTION Mayor Terrell announced that City Council would be going into Executive Session pursuant to the Texas Government Code, Section 551.074, deliberation regarding personnel matters. There was no action as a result of the executive session.
