Ms. Skinner provided a description of the services provided, hours of operation, and location of business. 4. HONORS AND RECOGNITIONS A. Annual Report from GRACE — Grapevine Relief and Community Exchange GRACE Executive Director Shonda Schaefer presented a year -end report to City Council relating to the volunteer hours and donations made to her organization from the Southlake community. She thanked City Council and the community for their continued support. B. Proclamation for Texas Amateur Athletic Federation State 8U Flag Football Champions Day Mayor Terrell presented a proclamation in recognition of the Southlake 8U Dragons Grey Flag Football Team for becoming the Texas Amateur Athletic Federation 8 and Under Flag Football State Champions in November 2014. Mayor Terrell presented the proclamation to Head Coach Greg Jackson and Assistant Coaches Nick Smith and Andy Fuller and team members: Bo Terry, Caden Jackson, Mathias O'Donnell, Hogan Bryan, Jake Jimenez, Robbie Hanson, Mitchell Miranda, Owen Smith, Sam Fuller, and Graham Knowles. C. Proclamation for City of Southlake Employee Appreciation Week Mayor Terrell presented a proclamation in recognition of the City of Southlake Employee Appreciation Week held the week of February 9 — 13, 2015. He recognized that Southlake employees demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to provide superior customer service. Mayor Terrell recognized that our employees take pride in adherence to the City's core values on a daily basis. Several employees who will receive specific awards during the week were present to receive the proclamation on behalf of all City employees: Daniel Ford, Jose Guzman, Misty Knaust, Jose Luna, Richard Schell, Tyler Sewell, Jennifer Tucker and DeeAnn Yates. 5. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Terrell announced that City Council would be going into Executive Session pursuant to the Texas Government Code, Section 551.071, consultation with city attorney, and Section 551.072, deliberation regarding real property. City Council adjourned for Executive Session at 5:57 p.m. Executive Session began at 6:13 p.m. and concluded at 7:02 p.m. 2B. RECONVENE Mayor Terrell reconvened the meeting at 7:17 p.m. Mayor Terrell asked if any action was necessary from Executive Session. There was no action necessary as a result of Executive Session. Mayor Terrell stated that agenda items 6G and 6H, Southlake Town & Country, will be moved to the consent agenda to be tabled. He asked for the city attorney to make a statement regarding those two agenda items. City Attorney Allen Taylor made a statement regarding agenda items 6G and 6H, Southlake Town & Country. Due to receipt of an application for Administrative Appeal of a Zoning Administrator's determination of zoning compliance being filed with the City staff, there is a stay on agenda item 6G until the appeal can be heard by the Board of Adjustment. The applicant has subsequently asked to postpone the preliminary plat, agenda item 6H, until the site plan is considered by the City Council.
