Mayor Terrell led the pledge of allegiance to the United States and Texas Flags. 3. LOCAL BUSINESS REPORT Assistant City Manager Alison Ortowski introduced Mr. Zac Sartin with FIRSTWAVE. Mr. Sartin provided a description of the services provided, hours of operation, and location of business. Mayor Terrell announced that he would move to item 3A2— National Library Week Proclamation.
