FISCAL YEAR 2014 PROPOSED BUDGET — STRATEGIC INVESTMENTS AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM City Manager Shana Yelverton gave a high level overview of the Fiscal Year 2014 proposed budget, aligning the proposed budget with the City's Strategic Management System to Council.
