CITY COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Pro Tem W. Ralph Evans, Councilmembers: Carolyn Morris,
Rex Potter, and Tom Stephen.
STAFF PRESENT: Planning Director Bruce Payne, Senior Planner Ken Baker, and Deputy City
Secretary Lori Farwell.
There was no audio or video of this meeting.
Agenda Item No. 1, Call to order. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Pro Tem Ralph Evans at
6:35 p.m.
Agenda Item No. 2, Interviews for appointments to the 2025 Plan Steering Committee. Interviews were
conducted, and no action was taken during tonight's meeting.
Agenda Item No. 3. Adjournment. There being no further business to discuss the meeting was
adjourned at 9:05 p.m.
