COUNCILMEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Gary Fickes; Deputy Mayor Pro Tem
Sally Hall. Members: Ralph Evans, Jerry Farrier, Barry Emerson,
and Mike O'Brien.
COUNCILMEMBER ABSENT: Mayor Pro Tem Rick Wilhelm
CITY STAFF PRESENT: Curtis E. Hawk, City Manager; Billy Campbell,
Director of Public Safety; Lou Ann Heath, Director of Finance; Mike
Barnes, Director of Public Works; Don Wilson, Fire Chief; Malcolm
urr Jackson, Police Captain; and Sandra L. LeGrand, City Secretary.
The Special City Council meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.,
by Mayor Gary Fickes, for the purpose of discussing the proposed FY
op„ 91 -92 Annual Budget.
The following sections in the proposed FY 91 -92 Annual Budget were
discussed: Public Safety Support Services, #133 and Public Works
Departments, #142- #149.
Mayor Fickes suggested Council think in terms of beginning a
Drainage Study for the City of Southlake.
The meeting was adjourned by Mayor Fickes at 10:15 p.m.
