Wilhelm; Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Sally Hall. Members: Jerry Farrier
and Barry Emerson.
COUNCILMEMBER ABSENT: Ralph Evans
CITY STAFF PRESENT: Curtis E. Hawk, City Manager and Sandra L.
LeGrand, City Secretary.
Mayor Fickes called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and explained
the purpose of the meeting is for the Official Canvass of the
returns of the May 25, 1991, Runoff Election.
Agenda Item #2, Resolution No. 91 -28, Official Canvass
Motion was made to approve Resolution No. 91 -28, official canvass
of the May 25, 1991, Runoff Election, naming Michael J. O'Brien to
the Office of Councilmember Place 6, for a term to expire in May,
w 1993.

Nays: None
Approved: 5 -0 vote.
