under the provision dealing with Personnel. Refer to Posted List.
A. Discussion: Evaluation of the City Manager, City Secretary,
City Attorney and City Municipal Judge.
B. Return to Public Session.
3. Consider: Action necessary in regards to Personnel. (refer to
posted list)
4. Meeting Adjourned.

Special City Council Meeting
April 20, 1989 7:00 p.m.
Councilmembers Present: Mayor Johnny H. Westerholm; Betty
Springer, Jim Wooll, Sally Hall, Ralph Evans and Pamela Muller
City Staff Present: Curtis E. Hawk, City Manager and Sandra L.
LeGrand, City Secretary. City Judge, Brad Bradley and City
Attorney, Allen Taylor.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Westerholm who stated that
the purpose of the Special City Council meeting is to begin the
annual evaluation process for city officers.
Agenda Item #2. Executive Session
The executive session was held pursuant to the Open Meetings Law,
Article 6252 -17 Section 2(e), for the purpose of discussing the
evaluation of the City Manager, City Secretary, City Attorney and
City Municipal Judge.
Council reconvened in closed session at 7:10 p.m.
Agenda Item #3. Consider Action Necessary in regards to Personnel
The City Council reconvened in open session at 10:10 p.m., and
Mayor Westerholm announced that no action will be necessary in
regards to the discussions held during the closed session.
Agenda Item #4. Adjournment
