January 24, 1989 6:30 P.M.
MINUTES
Present: Mayor Johnny H. Westerholm; Councilmembers: Jim Wooll,
Pamela Muller, Sally Hall and Ralph Evans.
Absent: Betty Springer
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Johnny Westerholm. The
purpose of the Special City Council meeting was for council to meet
in executive session for the purpose of interviewing applicants for
appointments to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Agenda Item #1, Continuation of Executive Session from January
21,1989 meeting.
Council met in executive session pursuant to the Open Meetings Law,
Article 6252 -17 V.T.A.S. under the provision dealing with
Personnel.City convened in closed session at 6:30 p.m. and returned
to open session at 6:40 p.m. The interview was with Aloha Payne.
There was no action taken as a resu c % cloi,ed :•s - ' . • The
meeting was adjourned by 6:40 p.m.
