B. Return to Public Session.

Special City Council Meeting
January 21, 1989 11:30 A.M.
MINUTES
Present: Mayor, Johnny H. Westerholm; Councilmembers: Betty
Springer, Jim Wooll, Sally Hall and Pamela Muller.
Absent: Councilmember Ralph Evans.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Westerholm, who stated the
reason for the Special City Council meeting was to meet in an
executive session for the purpose of interviewing applicants for
appointments to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Agenda Item #2, Executive Session
Council met in executive session pursuant to the Open Meetings Law,
Article 6252 -17 V.T.A.S. under the provision dealing with Personnel.
Council convened in closed session at 11:30 a.m. and returned to
open session at 12:55 p.m. Those interviewed include: Lanny Tate,
Marvin Cook, and Buddy Luce.
There was no action taken as a result of the cl.sed se sio .
The meeting was adjourned at 12:55 p.m. by Mayo
