The Minutes of the September 20,1983
city council meeting were approved
as corrected.
MAYORS REPORT:
The Mayors Council has requested
each city in Tarrant County share
the cost of an emergency medical
ambulance study. Area hospitals
are going to accept the bulk of the
costs. The cost of City of Southlake
is $59.82. It was agreed by all
councilpersons to participate in
the study.
Harold Knight, chairperson for the
Citizens Advisory Group on Sewer,
gave a report from their meeting
of September 13,1983. This
recommendation will be discussed
at the November 1, city council
meeting.
Latta announced that the city receive
a letter from the City of. Fort
Worth stating they are reviewing
Southlake's request for water.
Agenda item #2 was chaired by Mayor
Pro Tem Latta. Latta read a letter
from Sam Sparger, requesting annexa-

Lot 1-A and Lot 1-B each 1.1 acre. AMAYA
The Planning and Zoning ADDITION
Commission recommended appraval
by a unanimous vote.
The recommendation made by the Plann-
ing and Zoning Commission was presen -
ed by Latta, concerning the new
future land use map for Southlake.
After discussion, it was agreed that
a worksession should be held between
the P & Z and Council.
A worksession was set for October 10.
City Attorney, Bill Smith, gave a
report on his findings concerning
fees to developers for street repairs
on existing city streets.
He was directed by Council to prepare
an ordinance, after further research.
Smith was also directed to prepare
an ordinance raising the charges
for warrant fees to $25.
