During Mayor's report Johnny Westerholm shared with everyone his trip to North Brook Ill. and a visit to 6 of their 20 parks in.the city. He had information if anyone was interested. Mayor Sparger advised the Council of Sandy LeGrand's recovery and her Thank You note for the flowers. ZA 83-26. Zoning request fora one Westerholm X X (1) acre tract of land out of the McCombs X X Benjamin J. Foster survey, abstract Bone X 519. Current zoning is Agricultural Loris X request is for the Heavy Commercial District. Owner: Margaret Robertson Charles Nation was present and advis- ed the building would be a Pledicial building. The zoning was approved as requested ZA 83-22. Final Plat approval for Westerholm X Randal Mill Estates. Property in the McCombs X X extraterritorial jurisdiction. All Bone X correction were made on plat as Loris X X subject from P&.Z. Although Plat was tabled due to the fact the owner was out of town and there were sev- eral questions on the water dis- tribution in the sub-division. The matter was left open until bids on the water system are available. Purposed fiscal 1984 budget was dis- cussed. Westerholm X Tax Levy Ordinance No. 283 was dis- McCombs X X cussed and motion made to adopt Ord- Bone X inance and limit funds to appropiate Loris X X budget.
