The minutes of the.May 17, City Council
meeting were approved, as were the
minutes of the Emergency City Council
meeting of May 26.
During the Mayors report, Mayor Sparge
introduced the Fiscal Year 1984 Budget
Calendar and deadline dates. He ask
that everyone work hard towards prepar-
ing the annual budget.
The oath of office was given to
Bill Smith, as he will serve as
City Attorney for another two year
term.
Bids are to be taken for re-painting
the letters on the water tower at
the city hall site.
ZA 83-18. Zoning request for a 1.186 ZA 83-18
acre tract of land was approved as ZONING
requested. The property located out APPROVED
Westerholm x x of the Francis Throop Survey, Abstract
McCombs x x 1511, which was A-10 Multi-Family
Loris x Zoning District was changed to A-3
Bone x Single Family District when the
public hearing resulted with no
opposition from property owners within
,esterholm x 2001. Owner, David Walsh was present.
