CALL TO ORDER Chair MaryLee Alford called the meeting of the Senior Advisory Commission to order at 1:00 P.M. 11[ON 701:i11LTA Chair Alford opened Public Forum at 1:00pm. There being no one to address the Commission, Public Forum was closed at 1:00pm. 3A. COMMUNITY SERVCES UPDATE Hospitality and Sales Manager Crystal Maddalena presented the update and was available to answer questions. 3113• SENIOR SERVICES UPDATE Senior Services Coordinator Soheila Mashat-Phelps updated the Commission on current and future senior programming and events and was available to answer questions. Senior Advisory Commission Meeting Minutes for October 10, 2023 4. CONSENT CONSENT AGENDA Consent Agenda items are considered routine by the Commission and are enacted with one motion. 4A. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM THE September 12, 2023, REGULAR SENIOR ADVISORY COMMISSION MEETING. Chair Alford presented the Consent Agenda, including approval of the minutes of the September 12, 2023, meeting. Chair Alford asked if there were any revisions to the minutes. No revisions were discussed. APPROVED A motion was made to accept the minutes of September 12, 2023, meeting as read. Motion: Schumacher Second: Walter Ayes: Alford, Schumacher, Keller, Walter Nays: None Abstention: None Vote: 6-0 Motion passed. 5.
