Hello Jennifer,
I hope you are doing well.
I am reaching out to formally request an extension of the deadline to file the final plat for
2186 Gifford Court, currently set for March 19, 2025. As the plat requires a lienholder's
signature and the lienholder is not local, I request an extension until March 19, 2026.
To file the final plat, we require the lienholder's signature. The lienholder is not local and has
has multiple requirements that must be satisfied before they will sign off on the plat. Meeting
these conditions will take some time, and once completed, I will need to mail the plat to New
Jersey for final execution. Given these factors, an extension would allow for the necessary
time to fulfill all obligations and ensure proper filing.
Please advise if any additional information is needed.
