presented; however, expressed an interest in the applicant to bring forward, at this second
reading, a plan that would be an SF-20A, four -lot option for consideration.
The City Charter requires that an ordinance of the City be passed by two readings at a
regular City Council meeting. Because this was denied on the first reading held on
February 18, 2025, and passed on the second reading, a third reading is required for final
approval of this zoning change and ordinance. The third reading is scheduled for April 1,
