5. Consider: ZA 84-53. Zoning request for a 14.25 acre tract
of land out of the J.W. Hale Survey, Abstract 803.
Current zoning is Agricultural, request is for the
Light Industrial zoning district. Owner: Albina
Mikusek.
Continuation of public hearing.
6. Consider: ZA 84-58. Zoning request for a 27.0 acre tract of
land out of the W.R. Eaves Survey, Abstract 500.
Current zoning is Agricultural, request is for the
Heavy Commercial zoning district. Owner: John
Drew Company.
Public Hearing.
7. Consider: ZA 84-59. Gift of love plat for the Lot 4 of
Sweet Addition. Lee Conway.
8. Consider: Ordinance No. 306. Prohibition on excavation and
loud noises on certain days and times.

MAYORS REPORT
Mayor Latta announced that the public
works department one ton truck has
arrived and will be in service
shortly.
Latta announced that Unit 3003 was
sold and the bid was $7,500. City
Attorney, Bill Smith is to alter the
lease agreement to reflect new amount
and the $7,500 will be applied to
the down payment.
When off-site drainage was discussed,
it was established that Southlake
needs a policy on off-site drainage.
It is unknown if there is a policy
at state level.

The Dove Estates sewer treatment plant
agreement was discussed. Council
members are to study the agreement
before it is executed by the city and
the developer.
When the agreement is finalized, then
the city will sign the Corp of
Engineers easement.
ZA 84-54. The replat of Lots 17A-1 ZA 84-54
and 17A-2 of Cedar Oaks Addition
was approved as presented. The
Bradley x approval is subject to the pro rata
agreement in the amount of $7,399.

Burgess did the land use study on
the land.and_determined the best use
of the land is Heavy Commercial.

Motion was made to approve the zoning
to heavy commercial. It was approved.
A discussion was held in regards to
Ordinance No. 306, prohibition of
excavation and loud noises on certain
days and times. Council was instructed
to review the proposed ordinance
and vote at the following meeting.

Eubanks x made a part hereof.
