4. Consider: Replat of Lot 2 & 3 of the Peck Addition, making a

MAYORS REPORT
Mayor Latta instructed Fire Chief,
R.P. Steele to place the order for
the new fire truck. Steele is also
to accept bids for the old Unit 3003.
Latta.reported that the water line
improvement project is two weeks
ahead of schedule.
Mayor Pro Tem Westerholm is not
present due to having back problems.
Resolution 84-25 was discussed RESOLUTIOI
concerning the solicitation of 84-25
qualifications of master planning
firms.
Motion was made to authorize Mayor
Latta to write the resolution with
a six member committee. Each
councilperson and the mayor are to
