Bone x x MAYORS REPORT During the Mayors Report, Mayor Latta reported that we are getting good results with City of Fort Worth water through the City of Keller. He also mentioned that the progress on the water line expansion program is very good. Ralph Evans, new member on the Zoning Board of Adjustments took the oath of office. City Engineer, Eddie Cheatham, gave a presentation on a master plan study scope. COUNCILPERSON z z PAGE: 2 INDEX He added that he feels a major area of concern for Southlake is a future thoroughfare plan with drainage being another problem for Southlake. He estimated a time frame of 22 months (man-months) in engineering. Following the presentation and comments from councilmembers, Mayor Latta directed Cheatham to move out immed- iately on the water system and water tower site and also collector streets An amendment to Ordinance No. 295, ORDINANCE the emergency water use program was NO. 295 discussed. AMMENDED Mayor Latta indicated that hours for non-essential water use be lifted and the odd-even days be changed. Council discussed various possibiliti s with citizens adding imput. Motion was made and approved to allow non-essential watering on designated days, except for the hours of 4 to 8 a.m. and 4 to 8 p.m. The odd-even Westerholm x x days will now be determined by house Bradley x numbers rather than sides to town. McCombs X Eubanks x There will be no filling of swimming Bone x x pools, as outlined in Ordinance No. 295. The ammendment is to go into effect immediately. ZA 84-39. A replat of a 12.247 acre tract of land out of the W.W. Hall Survey, Abstract 687, was discussed. Owner of the land is the Southlake Assembly of God Church. Joe Moore was present from the church and answered questions for council. ZA 84-39. The Special Exception Use ZA 84-39 Permit for church and church related SPECIAL activities was considered in public EXCEPTION hearing for Southlake Assembly of USE PERMIT God Church. Mr. Moore presented a site plan of the property. The sewer system in Huntwick Estates was discussed. The developers are to get all necessary information to the city engineer for review before the next meeting.
