Mayor Latta announced that the purpos of this special meeting is to resolve several unsolved issues. The Developers Agreement for Southlak DEVELOPERS Bank Place was discussed. Mayor Latta voted in favor of the motion, causing the motion to be approved. Mayor Latta announced that agenda items 2 & 3 on tonights agenda would be decided in a closed session, as allowed in Vernon's Texas Annotated Statutes, Article 6252-17. Westerholm x Resolution 84-13 was approved, naming RESOLUTI, J McCombs x x David Bradley to the Place 2 Council 84-13 Eubanks x seat, to serve until April 1985.
