The minutes of the April 17,1984
city council meeting were approved
as corrected.
MAYORS REPORT: Mayor Sam Sparger
announced for record that Council-
persons Marion Bone and Lloyd Latta
were both out of the state on busines
Sparger polled council and got a
positive response for a renewal
of the ECA class for volunteer fire-
men. The cost of the school will be
approximately $500.00.

Westerholm x x The water contract between the City WATER
McCombs x of Southlake and the City of Keller CONTRACT
Eubanks x x was approved with the amendments as CITY OF
discussed in the closed session of KELLER
this date being incorporated into
the contract by city attorney, Bill
Smith.
Westerholm x x Resolution 84-6 was approved, naming RESOLUTION
McCombs x x Lloyd Latta as Mayor Pro Tem for a 84-6
Eubanks x one year term.
Westerholm x x Resolution 84-7 naming the liaison RESOLUTION

The first public hearing was held
concerning the request for annexation
of Pearson Lane Addition. There were
no comments from the public.
Sam Austin, owner, was not present
for the hearing.
The Developers Agreement for Southlak DEVELOPEPS
Bank Place was discussed by council. AGREEMENT
The development group requested that SOUTHLAKh
a building permit be issued for sever BANK PLACE
al projects and that council meet
with the developers on site to discus
the road, sewer plant and other items
before an agreement be completed.
The city secretary is to set the
meeting as soon as all councilpersons
can be in attendence.
After further discussion, motion was

issued until the meeting is held
between developers and council.
ZA 84-19. The zoning request for ZA 84-19

during tonights meeting due to a
restraining order being presented
to the city secretary, ordering
council not to act on the issue.
