The meeting was held on Crooked Lane
at the site of the requested annexa-
tion.
The meeting was called to order by FIRST
Mayor Pro Tem, Lloyd Latta. PUBLIC
HEARING
The property described as being a 1.74 TRAVERSE
acre tract of land out of the Thomas ANNEXATION
Easter Survey, Abstract 474, Tarrant REQUEST
County, Texas, is being considered
for annexation at the request of Gil
Traverse, owner.
There were no comments during the firs
public hearing.
Latta explained that the reason for
wanting to be annexed into the city
is to obtain water service from the
city. It was noted that there is
currently ample water lines on Crooked
Lane in front of the property in
question. Fire and Police protection
Westerholm x are also services which will be
