enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of items unless a Board
member or citizen so requests, in which the item will be removed from the general order of
business and considered in normal sequence.

A. Recommendation to the City Council to revise the Southlake Public Library's
Borrower Privileges and Responsibilities Policy to establish requirements to
obtain a Carroll Independent School District employee (free) library card.
B. Recommendation to the City Council to revise the Southlake Public Library's
Borrower Privileges and Responsibilities Policy regarding the minimum age to
obtain a library card.

C. Recommendation to the City Manager to consider the designation of a short-term
parking space around Southlake Town Hall for library patrons.
