CONSENT AGENDA:
All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Southlake Library Board and will be
enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of items unless a Board
member or citizen so requests, in which the item will be removed from the general order of
business and considered in normal sequence.
3. Approval of the Minutes from the September 24, 2003 Library Board Meeting.

5. Consider:
A. Election of Library Board Chair.
B. Election of Library Board Vice-Chair.
C. Election of a North Texas Regional Library System Representative.
D. Recommendation to the Public Art Advisory Committee to accept the donation of
services to the Southlake Public Library to create a mural in the story time area from
Bruce and Elizabeth Bonham.
E. Recommendation to the City Council to revise the Southlake Public Library's
Computer Use Policy.
F. Recommendation to the City Council to revise the Southlake Public Library's Internet
Policy with regard to further defining what the library provides.

G. Recommendation to the City Council to revise the Southlake Public Library's Loan
Lengths Policy regarding the maximum limit of items allowed for checkout on a per
cardholder basis.
