Variance to Zoning Ord. No. 480, as amended, Section 14.5(d) requiring a rear yard of not less than 35 feet, for a lot fronting on a cul-de-sac on property described as Lot 9, Block 2, Cambridge Place Phase 1 and located at 703 Chaucer Ct, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas.
