KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That _David L. White, and wife Dianna G. White of the County of Tarrant hereinafter
referred to as Grantors, whether one or more, for and in consideratiop of the sum of Thirty Seven Thousand
Eight Hundred Dollars ($37,800.00) and other good and valuable consideration, to Grantors in hand paid
by the City of Southlake, Texas, acting by and through it's governing body, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, and for which no lien is retained, either expressed or implied, have this day Sold and by
these presents do Grant, Bargain, Sell and Convey unto the City of Southlake, Texas all that certain tract or
parcel of land in Tarrant County, Texas, more particularly described in Exhibit "A", which is attached
hereto and incorporated herein for any and all purposes, and depicted in Exhibit "A" of this conveyance.
SAVE AND EXCEPT, HOWEVER, it is expressly understood and agreed that Grantors are retaining title
to the following improvements located on the property described in said Exhibit "A", to wit:
NONE
Grantors covenant and agree to remove the above-described improvements from said land by the N/A,
subject, however, to such extensions of time as may be granted by the City of Southlake in writing; and if
for any reason, Grantors fail or refuse to remove same within said period of time prescribed, then, without
any further consideration, the title to all or any part of such improvements not so removed shall pass to and
vest in the City of Southlake forever
Grantors reserve all of the oil, gas and sulphur in and under the land herein conveyed, but waive all rights
of ingress and egress to the surface thereof for the purpose of exploring, developing, mining or drilling for
same; however, nothing in this reservation shall affect the title and rights of the City of Southlake to take
and use all other minerals and materials thereon, therein and thereunder.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein described and herein conveyed together with all and
singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in any wise belonging unto the City of Southlake and its
assigns forever; and Grantors do hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators, successors and
assigns to Warrant and Forever Defend all and singular the said premises herein conveyed unto the City of
Southlake and its assigns against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any
part thereof.

BEING 4,880 square feet of land, situated in the J. Childress Survey, Abstract No. 253,
Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of a tract of land, tract I C, as conveyed by
I.N.M. Warren to David L. White & wife Dianna G White by deed dated 3/20/1978 and
recorded in Volume 6455, Page 788, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, which 4,880
square feet of land, more or less, are particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 5/8 inch smooth iron rod set with aluminum cap stamped "TxDOT",
said point beong at right angles to Station 89+60.26, 64.00 feet right, said point being
North 06°06'41" East, 1097.59 feet from a found 1/2 inch iron rod at the northwest corner
of F.M. 1938 and Brookforest Drive, said point also being North 89°39'56" East, 44.98
feet from a point for corner in the east right-of-way line of F.M 1938 (a existing 50 foot
R.O.W.), said point being the southwest corner of said White tract 1C, said point being
the point of curvature of a non-tangent curve to the left, having a delta of 00°33' 17", a
radius of 1,914.00 feet, a tangent length of 9.27 feet and a chord bearing and distance of
North 10°12'01" West, 18.53 feet;
1. THENCE northwesterly, along the arc of said non-tangent curve to the left, a distance of
18.53 feet to a Type II Monument, said point being at right angles to Station 89+78.17,
64 00 feet right;
2. THENCE North 10°28'40" West, a distance of 242.65 feet to a 5/8 inch smooth iron rod
set with aluminum cap stamped "TxDOT", said point being at right angles to Station
92+20 81, 64 00 feet right;
3. THENCE North 00°32'30" West, along the common line of the west line of said White
tract 1C and the east right-of-way line of said F.M. 1938, a distance of 68.24 feet to a
point for corner, said point being the northwest comer of said White tract 1C,
4. THENCE South 89°57'04" East, leaving said common line and along the north line of
said White tract 1 C, a distance of 4.30 feet to a set 1 /2 inch iron rod with GAI cap, said
point being at right angles to Station 92+87.45, 80.00 feet right, said point being the point
of curvature of a non-tangent curve to the left, having a delta of 00°09'11", a radius of
1,720.00 feet, a tangent length of 2.30 feet and a chord bearing and distance of South
10°24'04" East, 4.59 feet;
5. THENCE southeasterly, leaving said north line and along the arc of said non-tangent
