1. Call to Order — The meeting was called to order at 4:18 P.M. by Chair Allison
Bedwell.

A. Approve the minutes from the Southlake Youth Action Commission
meeting held February 10, 2025
Allison Bedwell presented item 2A for SYAC consideration and
Business Manager Milenka Lopez was available to answer questions.

A motion was made to approve the minutes from the Southlake Youth
Action Commission meeting held on February 10, 2025.

3. Discussion
A. Select Spring Adopt -a -Street Dates -
Allison Bedwell presented item 3A, and the Southlake Youth Action
Commission decided on April 7, 2025.
Direction to Staff — NA
B. Intern Day Department Selection -
Allison Bedwell presented Item 313, and Milenka Lopez explained the
requirements for participating in Intern Day. She also provided a form
for SYAC members to select their preferred department. Department
selections will by finalized at the next meeting.

C. City Council Presentation Preparation -
Allison Bedwell presented Item 3C and the Southlake Youth Action
Committee discussed the steps they plan to take to complete the
presentation during the April 14, 2025, meeting. The City Council
presentation will take place on April 15 at 5:30 PM in the City Council
Chambers.

D. Overview of Environmental Services with Environmental & Regulatory
Supervisor Madisson Dunn -
Allison Bedwell presented Item 3D and Environmental & Regulatory
Supervisor Madisson Dunn presented an overview on the
Environmental Services Division and what they do for the City of
Southlake. Dunn was available to answer questions.

4. Adjournment — Chair Allison Bedwell adjourned the meeting at 4:47 P.M.
