10 CITY STAFF PRESENT: Ken Baker, Planning and Development Services Director; Robert Price,
11 Public Works Director; Gordon Mayer, City Engineer; and Lorrie Fletcher, Administrative Secretary.

13 BOARD AND COMMISSION RECEPTION AND ORIENTATION began at 5 p.m.

15 Orientation began in the City Council chambers at 5:45 p.m. and lasted until 7 p.m.

17 The Commission moved to training room 3B for a brief presentation from Ken Baker.

19 Meeting adjourned at 8 p.m. on October 17, 2007.
