COMPENSATION
The Total compensation for Section 11.1 through Section 11.3 above, as amended by Supplement Agreement No. 1
dated January 26, 2021, and this Addendum is as follows: Two Million, Six Hundred Thirty -Eight Thousand,
Seven Hundred Twenty -Nine Dollars and Thirty -Six Cents 2,638,729.36. This Addendum results in an increase
in the original contract sum for the Agreement in the amount of Seven Hundred Sixty -Six Thousand, Two
Hundred Dollars and Six Cents ($766,200.06).
TIME OF COMPLETION
Architectural services to be rendered hereunder shall be complete at such time as stated in the original Agreement.
