HONORS & RECOGNITION: RARE DISEASE DAY IN SOUTHLAKE PROCLAMATION Eubanks Intermediate School Campus Secretary Amber Brabham and the student group provided a briefing about their group and accepted the proclamation. 4. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor McCaskill announced the City Council would go into Executive Session pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 consultation with city attorney; Section 551.072 deliberation regarding real property; and Section 551.087 deliberation regarding economic development negotiations. The City Council adjourned for Executive Session at 5:43pm. Executive Session began at 5:50pm and concluded at 7:00pm. 2113. RECONVENE Mayor McCaskill reconvened the meeting at 7:06pm. 3.
